1. Who we are

AgentReady Woo is operated by Utility House (sole proprietor Jeongwook Shin), Seoul, Republic of Korea. We are the data controller for account information. Contact for all privacy matters: hello@utilityhouse.xyz.

2. What we collect

• Account data — your email address and hashed password.
• Store data you connect — store URL and product catalog data (titles, prices, stock status, images) read through the read-only API key you issue in your own WordPress admin.
• Scan results — readiness scores, detected gaps, and generated feed configuration.
• Billing data — handled entirely by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. We receive your subscription status and email from Paddle; we never receive or store card numbers.
• Usage logs — request logs needed to operate and secure the service (IP address, timestamps).

3. What we never collect

• Your customers' personal data — the read-only key scope excludes customer records.
• Card or payment credentials of any kind.

4. Why we use it (legal bases)

• To provide the Service you signed up for — contract.
• To secure and troubleshoot the platform — legitimate interest.
• Servicemails (receipts, renewal notices, security alerts) — contract/legitimate interest. Marketing only with your consent, opt-out anytime.

5. Who we share it with

• Paddle.com Market Limited — Merchant of Record for payments, tax collection, and refunds.
• Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting and CDN (data may be processed globally).
• An email delivery provider — transactional emails such as signup verification.

We do not sell your data, ever.

6. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. Delete your store or account and connected catalog data is removed within 30 days, except records we must keep for billing compliance.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data. Email hello@utilityhouse.xyz and we respond within 30 days. If you are in the EEA/UK you have additional rights under GDPR, including complaint rights with your local authority; if in the Republic of Korea, rights under the Personal Information Protection Act.

8. Cookies

We use only functional cookies necessary for login sessions. No advertising trackers.

9. Changes

Material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 14 days before taking effect.
